Posts: 537Yep. Walnut has some pretty nice neighborhoods. The one off of Lemon Ave with the 5,000+ sqft homes have some nice views. All it takes is one pissed off neighbor.

Posts: 537That's strange. I've never had any issues with SGVtribune. You might need an ad blocker browser extension, such as Ghostery. Alternatively, you can just Google "Walnut brothel arrest" and a bunch of news articles will pop up.

EvilMaggie has been mia since October, places like hers attract attention as I remember seeing a guy pulling up as I was leaving, single family home neighborhoods like that have nosy neighbors and are easier to surveil than security apartment / condos.

Posts: 147Walnut always seemed like the dumbest place to set up shop. You have people with enough money where they don't appreciate commoners in their area and everyone is an HOA president of their city.

HoDough, there's a paywall. If you can copy and' paste that would be great.
Thanks DB.

With the recent take down of one of the largest C-Org bookers in Socal, they also raided some homes in Walnut. They started surveillance on these locations way back in 2024. I previously believed that if anyone got caught visiting, it would just be a misdemeanor, but according to one of the articles, they were slapping felony charges on clients.

I say this because I had a bad experience there and MMS responded to my rubmaps review saying she returned my tip money, and that she has it on camera.
How can that be if all transactions happened inside the room?

Posts: 71Exactly my concern. I don't know if there was more than one AAMP on 2nd, but I have visited one on that street.

I know a HX booker who works out of a place on 2nd ave near Duarte, could this be the place?

Posts: 537I think sometimes, it doesn't make the news or it shows up much later. For example, one of the Irvine raids took a few weeks for the story to show up on the news, even though it was all over Reddit from day one. One of my concerns about these places, is that most of them have surveillance and you don't know what kind of footage they have. For example, you don't know if they also have hidden cams in the bedrooms. The cops pretty much have full access to whatever these places recorded, as well as digital devices, such as their mobile phones. If a place has been raided, they've most likely been watching it for months and gathering evidence, unless it was something urgent, like a reported imprisonment, kidnapping, or rape.

Posts: 71If anyone has additional info or a link to the story, please share. Wondering how long they've been watching that spot.

Posts: 537One of the main sites that advertises says it's temporarily closed. I would think that they would remove the location if it was indeed raided. But, maybe they don't have the up to date info on the situation.

It looks like there was a raid / bust in Arcadia on Saturday around 4-5 pm.
There was an AAMP on the cross streets of Duarte and 2nd Street. I was driving down 2nd around that time and I saw cops all over the place. Granted, I haven't been there in a long time which is why I know but I wonder if anyone else have seen it.
I can't find any news on it but if you're a local the area, maybe you might have seen / heard.
