Unless things have changed the standard is the house keeps the service fee and they get a portion of the tip from the masseuse. What that percentage is can be negotiated either from the house or from the masseuse but they always get a percentage of the tip at least that's been my experience and I have a friend now living in Atlanta that used to own a parlor here in Birmingham. MJ.

I know a few of the girls live at the managers house or in an apartment furnished by the boss. They can't live elsewhere and are charged for living there so when they try to take more money from them, it causes issues.

I assumed they got so much from each massage and keep the tip. I heard before they got a set amount per massage they gave.

Element fired both the girls, they both went back to New York. One of them told me the owner is trying to get a portion of the tips. Fuck them.

I was surprised at the second visit. Got the same provider from the first visit. Service was noticeably not as nice and the expectations for extras bordered on entitled. Ah well.

Element was actually very good the first time (great shower, massage not rushed, no tips for extra), just noticing a pattern is all. The other place off Sparkman and North Parkway inside with the Barbershop and Day care, same with Rose Spa. Things always start off great then Team Bros visit and over tip. Maybe we all can help each other, no?

Try to stay well under 100%, if they say no then it's just no; this usu keeps ladies egos in check but it only takes one dude who's wife denied him action that night to roam the massage circuit with a fist full of dollars, no bubble gum and an overstocked wood inventory.

Visited DY this week and 2 older ladies were there, I would say the younger one is in her 40's. Massage was actually pretty good and she offered a FDL1. Standard House Fee and Tip.

Stopped by DY to check things out. WuWu, (older, smells like an ashtray) and Amy still there. Both offer decent massages with the standard DY offerings. WuWu did say that a younger girl is coming on Friday so might have to check it out. If someone gets there before I do, let us know how it goes.

Just had to say this kind of stuff greatly amuses me. Question for the complainers, how much would you want to give some fat old man L1?

Element was actually very good the first time (great shower, massage not rushed, no tips for extra), just noticing a pattern is all. The other place off Sparkman and North Parkway inside with the Barbershop and Day care, same with Rose Spa. Things always start off great then Team Bros visit and over tip. Maybe we all can help each other, no?

First time at Element (earlier this year) was great: price, extras, shower, overall experience, had Coco. The second time was medicore and over-priced, seems played out now. New AMPs like Element start-off great, then you blokes flood them, over tip and raise their expectations to ridiculous standards.

Visited Oriental recently also, seems one of the older regular ladies (not Amy or the other one) was transferred or let go, a shame because she was consistent, clean, didn't expect absurd tips and got the job done every time. One time leaving, there was some dude waiting around in the parking lot driving a white sedan taking pictures of people departing with his cell phone, almost followed him.

Decided to give Element a try. Wasn't impressed with who was available, so was going to leave when she asked what I was looking for, I said someone younger. She said hold on and got on the phone. Said a new girl would be there in 10 minutes. I decided to wait and in walks Eva from Bloom. Must have the same owners. I stayed and had a nice time. She did still have the weird bra.

I believe I was at Bloom when she got pulled away. I had a better than normal time with Angela. I don't know if it was because she was alone or not. Still great visit and the service keeps getting better without a price jump.
