Yes, I've thought about the same things. The popular girls get slots, and then they fill in girls around them. So, I think the same girls will show up. FEC might barely have 1 girl without help in that sense. They have always had a mix of exclusives and touring girls.

I would speculate that the other orgs noticed XOXO's rising popularity and the quality of girls coming down under the exclusive brand and the booker ended up with competing offers to merge.
