I think I have reviewed her in the past. She has some type of palsy and walks with a limp. Her hygiene was questionable, fishy odor down there and performance was just okay. Plus she usually does not carry cover so bring your own. Its a pass for me.

That's an understatement. We coined a term at the VA--Patheta-sadding. It means an action designed to convey your misery to anyone in the immediate area. She does this. Been there done that. For me it was a regular provider that got a traffic ticket she couldn't pay. She had been reliable for months, close to a year. I'd see her after my chiropractor and have myself a Spa Day. The next time I tried to schedule she had excuses then stopped replying. So, we got burned for being compassionate. The lesson I took from this is it's a business, an illegal business with no recourse for the customer so be careful out there.
