I've been to two in Scottsdale and gotten a nice L1 finish from both: Relax & Recharge Spa (15000 block of North Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard) and Relax & Rewind Massage (14000 block of North 100th Street). I've seen other posts saying that they didn't get anything at one of these, but I did less than a year ago.
