Starr was recently reviewed (see report 2992) and was running a 120 qv special. Took a few days to set up with her delayed response and getting details / dates mixed up. Should have taken the warnings but proceeded anyway. Just too much hassle with delayed response and even when everything was set up she would still respond with other dates. When finally there she needed more time bc she forgot and ran out of cover so I had to go get some. She was not ready at all and looked / acted like it. The last time I went there I had two different tweakers first out of their room as I walked by and stare me down as I passed. If I get a text that they are at this location I just don't go through with it anymore.
