Thanks, I was more concern of the time it takes going in and out of Osaka since I didn't have too much time. Didn't know that CFS are options for these places but may check out Matsushima Shinchi if they have a wider menu. There doesn't really seem to be much soaplands in Osaka like Tokyo and Nakasu. But there's always outcall options.

Don't know of anyplace near KIX that offers adult entertainment. KIX was built on a man made island so it's quite a distance away from everything. I always stayed in Namba. It'll run you about $240 are / t from KIX TO Namba on taxi. I didn't go to Tobita but instead went to Matsushima Shinichi which was about $20 are / t by taxi. I went early evening and not all the shops were open but from what I saw the women ranged between 20-30's. The shop that I went to charged 18,000 for 30 minutes - 33,000 for 60 minutes. Second on yoasobi heaven, great resource as they really start catering more to foreigners now. Of course they still keep the good ones and rates for locals and they use city heaven which is the original site with more options and better rates. For high end, expect to pay about 80,000 for two hours little over 400 USD. These establishments have younger workers (mostly 20 something), skilled and are better looking. These places are all over, just got to do some research and get lucky sometimes. I wasn't looking for the one in Yokohama but stumbled across it.

Yokohama was the good soap experience. Flat fee upfront, no upsell by the girl and awesome experience. Went 2 x this trip and went a few times my last trip a few years back. Yes, some Japanese is needed.

If you're ever in Ota City, you should check this place out to see Ria. Absolutely the most beautiful pro I have ever had in my life.
