Bookergray is the only k-org I know that will accept P411 for verification. Most k-orgs now require I'd verification and other forms of identification even if you have references. There's a few k-orgs that post on HX. Not sure if they all will verify with just HX ratings. I know get9 irl does verify with just HX ratings. Good luck.
