Rito, thanks for posting. Usually when one town plans a crack down, neighboring towns also intensify their LE work. This notice is unique, in that they are trying to ID past patrons ("Johns" to put pressure on them.

They are sending letters to the owners of vehicles identified in surveillance materials they acquired on their own or from the spa cameras. Can't wait to see who gets a letter! This is such overkill for the actual effect. I'm all for cracking down on human trafficking. But a couple of adult Chinese girls crashing at a spa and giving out massages and maybe some relief to dudes (not forced to in any way) shouldn't be LEs top priority IMHO.

So far as I've ever known, Eastern is technically L1 only. Checked out the new girls at Rainbow- Mimi and Baby. On first glance neither was very impressive. Mimi was quite skinny and had slit eyes and a very broad mouth. "Last time I saw a mouth like that it had a hook in it. " Baby was average in every way possible. Massage was meh, body was okay- not a granny but nothing to write home about.
