Of course, you cannot reach DDG without enough raw materials to start. Full DDG girls are S or A face, and there are borderline girls at B who "have some stuff" but not all. Raw materials matter with GND too - GND ranges from plain (C), cute (B), to very cute (A). If a girl has D or below face, I use other words to describe them. GND = "girl next door" looks. The implication of GND is realistically good rather than model good. "Not bad" rather than ugly. Conventionally, it is the goto backup option for most guys with civvie women. But to some guys like me, it's our bread and butter. Probably, it's because all our lives GND girls gave us the most attention and smiles. Some of it is raw material looks, some of it is make up and style. For example, a few of the GND group you could doll up towards DDG, and a few of the DDG group are stretching it and bordering GND. But some in each group are clear-cut. It is a whole spectrum.
When girls level up, it is usually through some combo of weight change, upgrades, make up, and style. Sleep / jet lag make a big difference too. Some girls like Sol I saw different days and she kept improving due to rest. This is why days off matter. When I rate face and body, ideally I average out several visits. It varies.

I'm a big fan of Hami, I mean a really big fan (seen her probably 30+ times), but I've never thought she looked like Tyuzu. I feel like River looks a lot more like Tyuzu than Hami. Hami has a very unique Korean look and it's hard to find any celebrity lookalike for her honestly.

It's no surprise that some of the younger, hotter, and higher performance girls charge more. As long as they are outliers on looks and/or service, it makes sense. Nali's price grew from 370 to 420. This drops her value rating from 32.4 to 28.6, which drops her into A-Tier value. You still get good value. The only bookable kgirl in S-Tier value is FA Tomi, at 32.1 (she is 50 bb for 370 hr bb total).
After FA Tomi is Peach at 21.9 and KDC Julie at 20.0, so it is a huge jump. Peach is due to high looks and service, KDC is due to a balance of looks and service with very low price (320 hr bb), she is body over looks and service over looks. Would repeat. There are many other kgirls who have good value (S, A, B value rating) but are on break. The highest ranking ones include CAKD Juju, Ariana, Jenny K. Tiana, Allie, and Prada are currently in LA.
There are also many girls who might not be back or not back in a long time. However, my criteria is different than yours so look over descriptions and other reviewers' opinions to identify key pros and cons along with dealbreakers.
