Shame they ask for your name, pic, LinkedIn. Takes away the anonymity that is important in the hobby. Also leaves you open to them or others to use your info.

To get around some of this stuff I created a fake Linkedin profile with dummy company name. No way they get the real thing. But my photo was like Andy in Shawshank, a spot on match.

I'll be honest and say I understand the need for these measures but I'm not sure about giving a pic of my I'd and providing a selfie. How does LinkedIn work in the sense of being discreet?
