Not the person you asked but I know when I saw Mimi like 6 months or so ago, she was saying the mamasan or someone didn't want her doing certain stuff so I don't know if maybe sometimes she just plays it safe? That being said the last time I saw her she practically shoved it in without asking so.

I've recently been passing through South Meriden on a regular basis in the 7-9 PM range. I've noticed a few things lately.

Is Small permanently closed? It's looking dark and deserted.

Also, about every other pass I've noticed a blacked out Meriden PD cruiser sitting directly across from J, facing the spa. Be careful and have a story ready if needed if you're going there. He sits directly across from the rear lot entrance from Main St. Anyone entering or leaving the lot would be visible, as well as headlight reflections pulling in from the side street entrance. The other businesses in the building seem to be closed.
