Well the thing is, a lot of people have these idiotic scales where 7 is considered average and a 9 is just a basic attractive girl. The average of 0-10 is literally 5. 5 is average. And you can't really rate someone a 10 because what would you do if someone is hotter than who you rated a 10? Your whole rating system falls apart. A 9 is practically the rarest of the rare. Basically as rare as being over 7 feet tall. And a 1/10 would be as rare as someone being 3 feet tall. These people exist, they are just on the ends of the bell curve.
