Been trying to set up an appointment with these guys for a while. The book keeper has the worst customer service ever. Finally someone ratted this place out. Good for them cause they don't let anyone new go here unless you been here before. I been trying to make and set up an appointment for a long time. I been to so many other spas but this spa is super picky and honestly lost my business. It's okay, cause I'll spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I was trying to set up an appointment with Emma, even offered to send a current picture but no reply or response. Even asked, what they needed to verify I'm a good customer. So honestly it's good that these guys are getting checked by the 50. Lols all I can say, it wasn't me cause I didn't even get the location to partake with the girl I wanted. Hopefully the book keeper reads this message! Karma is one b*t*h. Lols hopefully a new book keeper will be more accepting to new clients.

HPD is reportedly expanding the use of license plate readers. These readers automatically read license plates and registration info can be displayed on demand, while the car is there or after the fact. License plate readers can be mounted on patrol cars or they can be mounted on fixed positions. They're cameras.

So your car or even you could be under surveillance and it's not like you need someone with a pair of binoculars in a van watching you. It could be a patrol car that drives by every half hour or a camera at a nearby intersection. No warrant needed because there's no expectation of privacy when you're in public. Nevermind about the fourth amendment.

Oh, and the contractor that HPD works with is Flock. They also provide information to federal agencies, including ICE. Maybe you think you're fine because you're a citizen, but can you say the same about your favorite massage parlor girl? And if you're not white skinned and blue-eyed, like so many people in Hawaii are not, that seems like pretext enough to get scooped up.
