In this case, the other guy provided the user-name in his post, so I just searched by that.

In other cases, I just search for the name, then click on Filter and select City = Milwaukee. Then click through the results until you find a matching face etc.

In most cases, their FB handle would be similar to their Snap / Insta etc or they just link their profiles so its easy once you find one and figure out the rest.
