No, I was that way about 3 pm and didn't notice her so I'm not sure when you saw her. I saw one with a pink hoodie (April?) I also went Albany way shortly after and nothing but a pretty large brunet with curly hair, about 5 or so I'd say someone that looked ok, straight black hair and blue jeans some decent meat for sure if she's working, she walked slowly from the Lexington area up just passed Robin, and I saw CeCe for about 30 seconds but she was gone instantly. Albany has a lot going on on Central in the area so I think the ladies' jaw exercises are being hindered.

Unfortunately I've found Troy to be similar lately. These girls must have moved to a different area / street. They didn't all just quit their habits at once.

I've still snagged a couple here and there, usually off hours and if its a girl you recognize visiting their friends or something. But just walking the strip, naw that's pretty much dead atm.

From the girls I know well enough, they switch to shoplifting, stealing out of cars and just pooling their resources to get their fix when things get bad. LEO isn't rehabilitating them, just moving them from a victimless crime to theft.

Spending weekend in Albany before returning to FL, and met Blatino SW early this morning. She was in a bus enclosure outside store on Central and Ontario.
