Someone who thinks 300 hh is a fair starting point is GPS IMO. People need to realize they will always accept less and they will always accept more if someone pays. The right move is to decline and move on if you want to see the market change. I was beat up over being grandfathered in to rates or negotiating less and neither is true or relevant. I pay what someone asks or I say no and move on. Many times the message that comes back asking how much I have or what I think is fair and it continues to prove my point. Stop paying for lazy and start paying for real service.
