What's good my man!? Just like the title says, "sometimes it's us" and this time it was you. You were the cause of the entire situation, in more ways than one, and should really be happy to have left with your money. That is the rarest part of the whole situation. What did you do wrong? Guys mean different things when they say "texting for x amount of time" This is the first mistake regardless of what you are doing when texting.
