Dirty blond, mid length hair, around 5'-3" to 5'-6" tall, around 120 pounds, looks younger from a distance but had signs of some early wrinkling. I assume she was in her mid 30's Smiley face demeanor, Jeans, nice hips, small ass. Maybe a B cup. Slightly scratchy voice. She either had bad teeth or was concerned about her breath. She got really close to me. She was wearing a dark blue baseball cap.

Yeah, the tiny little black chick was scary once I got close. I tried not to look at her for too long. I was worried she would flip out on me if I looked at her wrong.

Yeah early 2000's the street walkers looked like girls you'd see in clubs. Many where very hot especially up by the mall area. There was definitely a progression of great to bad as you went north from the mall towards the numbered streets. Those times are a distant memory now.
