Adding to what Ayasaki said Q spa currently just has some old ladies running a jackshack, and they will try to upcharge if you opt for anything less than FS so I'd look to visit the other two locations over that one. Both of the other two locations can be found on STG. I don't know if you've gotten pms from anyone but that can apply as general advice ig.

Fun fact: Q Spa is actually Q Spa and there is no trickery with that name. Should come up exactly on google if you are searching in the Nashville area. Plus that's our buddy that got raided already in 2025. They aren't as loved nowadays but they're still kicking I guess. Have fun.

I understand the search difficulty but well you know how it is. You can also try a search term like this with the wildcard and the quotes "d*spa", but I believe it only searches the body text so for example if a review has "D Spa" as their post title, it'll get missed like the review I'm linking next. There was a recent review by Stim69 on it on the last page although the review is mixed he indicated CIM.

Kelly at S Spa did CIM although I'm unsure if she's open to it again LOL.

But anyway, I most certainly cannot speak for everyone but roster updates have kinda been difficult since the December issues it's been a scrambling to find out what is the "best" in between my other side activities. Although reading the last few pages, we can make some assumptions about generally well regarded places now.

But so far, I don't think the HFS style of an almost permanent MT like HFS Cici has resurfaced. So I end up going infrequently and not getting to know the roster very well before they are gone again.
