Hey gents, beside DoxyPEP, what else is there to take to prevent other stuff? I have been lucky but hey, never say never.

Through 10+ years of mongering and about 5 years of doing mostly BB, I've never caught anything.

My usual routine after any session is:

(at the pad) Double mouth wash, thorough full body wash in the shower, pee.

(in my car) drink a liter of water (for more peeing later), sanitizer wipe and / or gel on the private, DoxyPEP.

(at home) pee again, shower and bath.

I get tested quarterly and I usually take about a month break before getting tested as well. The double shower might be overkill, but better safe than sorry. I also like chilling in the tub post-coital. The sanitization gel stings, but again, better safe than sorry. I started a lot of these soon after I started partaking in BB, mostly for my peace of mind.
