My usual routine after any session is:

(in my car) drink a liter of water (for more peeing later), sanitizer wipe and / or gel on the private, DoxyPEP.

I get tested quarterly and I usually take about a month break before getting tested as well. The double shower might be overkill, but better safe than sorry. I also like chilling in the tub post-coital. The sanitization gel stings, but again, better safe than sorry.
