I think all RR girls are fine to be posted here since they advertise massage first and foremost. I think they're typically posted here and I think that makes more sense than posting them in the escorts section.

Once again, if it's not an actual business with regular advertised hours it is not a massage parlor, IMO. A residential location, motel / hotel, unmarked commercial space, or outcall service it is not a massage parlor. I suppose it all comes down to technicalities and opinions and without having a specific thread for independents then I guess we will just continue the debate. IMO, the Craigslist advertiser thread would be better thought of as all advertisers from any website.

Unless they have already raided the new place with new owners that stuff is old. The shop that was busted and closed down opened months later with a new name and owner. Though I have not been back very recently, I did visit after the new one opened.
