I had an appt scheduled with Amanda this morning, at 9:30. She messaged me last night to see if I had a particular time in mind. I asked her about her schedule, she she didn"t like anything earlier than 9:00. I told her an Hr visit, and that I had a chiropractor visit I was coming in town for. It's the norm with her. Super bad at communicating. Also plan on her being at least an hour late from appt time you set up. I always just factor that into it anytime I go to see her.
