My Man, here's the hard truth. You shouldn't even have made it to red flag # 3. The first 2 are more than enough to bail. Poor communication means that she's not about business or money because most providers that are will at the least text you to say something like "maybe in X amount of time" or give you a specific time. A good rule IMO is to give no more than 30 minutes for the initial response. This is because she may be seeing someone when I first contact her.
