I wanted to share a cautionary note regarding this one. I considered visiting but ultimately turned around due to OPSEC concerns after arriving.

The house she is working out of is in a very high visibility residential area where any unfamiliar traffic immediately stands out. The surrounding environment felt unusually alert, it appeared that neighbors quickly noticed comings and goings, and the neighbors seemed purposefully alert and vigilant of traffic to the location.

Overall, discretion seemed extremely limited. Call me paranoid but based on the location alone I felt the setup carried unnecessary exposure. Anyone who prioritizes minimizing risk may want to look elsewhere. Just sharing my 2 cents, too much heat for my comfort. My spider senses were tingling off the charts. Use your own judgement.

Hopefully you stopped there. If you had Venmo'd the rest you would have just lost that too. Never give money in advance under any circumstance.
