My general tips for anal are to bring lube and be prepared for anything (as it pertains to potential mess). I've never had any issues I can recall. I just make sure to pee and wash up afterwards. Obviously ST infections are their own thing so if that's a concern I'd wrap it up. But assuming everyone's clean I wouldn't worry too much about UTIs. I'd also be careful with antibiotics. Not saying it can't happen, but a male UTI is very, very rare. Usually it only occurs due to some other issues like a poor immune system. I have done anal countless times with no issues and the girl didn't take any preventative measures either. If you're really worried about it, have them do an enema to clear out any fecal matter.
