Spanish isn't a barrier for me personally, but if language is an issue for you, I'd recommend steering clear of the spots that are heavily Cuban staffed communication can turn frustrating fast and kill the experience.

My current small, natural favorites are all concentrated at AO right now, and they're consistently delivering the kind of services that keep me coming back.

I've been noticing some overlap lately between Relaxation and what used to be "the 6" (now seemingly "the 4" It looks like they're sharing photos of the girls or even rotating the same talent between locations definite signs of a partnership or loose network. That alone is enough to make me pause; I had a really disappointing visit at the old 6 setup a while back, and the apparent connection just reinforces my decision to avoid the whole group moving forward. Discretion and standalone quality matter more than ever in these scenes.

Standouts worth highlighting at AO:

There are four main players in this scene right now (down from six originally, thanks to some consolidation and competition). In my experience, Anytime Oasis stands out as the clear leader, with Lavender (aka Gentleman Snook) as a solid second choice. Here's a straightforward breakdown:

Anytime Oasis My #1 Pick
This place consistently delivers the best overall experience.

Highest attendance and variety of attendants.

Clean linens with actual commercial sheet service (huge plus for hygiene).

Private showers available (optional, but a game-changer for me after a long blue-collar workday).

None of the other spots offer showers or this level of cleanliness / detail. 
It's usually my go-to unless there's someone specific I've been wanting to see at one of the others. If you're looking for the most comfortable, well-maintained setup, start here.

Lavender (Gentleman Snook) Solid #2
Located right in Palm Harbor, this one's very low key and discreet.

Not the cleanest compared to Oasis, but the vibe is relaxed and understated.

Great if you want something quieter without a lot of hustle. 
It's my reliable backup when Oasis isn't an option.

The 6 Shops (now down to 4 locations) Avoid if Cleanliness Matters
This chain feels neglected like the zookeeper walked out and left the zoo running itself.

Dirty overall, which is a big turn off for me.

Not worth it unless you're chasing a very specific attendant.

Aromatherapy Relaxation Not My Favorite
Cleaner than the 6 Shops, but it falls short in other ways.

Mostly Hispanic attendants (no issue for me since I speak Spanish, but there's a language barrier for others).

Someone keeps calling even during sessions. I think it might be a pimp situation.

Setup uses massage tables, couches, etc. , which feels uncomfortable and not what I'm looking for.

Newer location in a busy plaza with a lawyer's office, nursing agencies nearby you feel watched the whole time. 
Amenities don't match Oasis, and the vibe just doesn't click for me.

Bottom Line
; Anytime Oasis wins for cleanliness, showers, professional linens, and overall experience it's the clear top choice in the area. Lavender is a decent low-key alternative. The others? I'd pass unless there's a compelling reason like a particular attendant you've seen reviewed elsewhere.
