I've always had good experiences there, but others complain about the handler. I've never had an issue but that may be because I'm not rude in any way when booking. If you book, be prepared to see the handler when you visit. Nothing intimidating at all and he's actually super friendly towards me.

Just a FYI, I'm almost 100% positive the guy is different than the phone handler.
