Some of it is raw material looks, some of it is make up and style. For example, a few of the GND group you could doll up towards DDG, and a few of the DDG group are stretching it and bordering GND. But some in each group are clear-cut. It is a whole spectrum.

When girls level up, it is usually through some combo of weight change, upgrades, make up, and style. Sleep / jet lag make a big difference too.
