Brief chat & said what happened to your room. Said it was a long story, but she was strapped for cash. It was close quarters, but we made it work.

I have seen the script in that ad many times over the past couple years. Its like the Indian and Nigerian scammers use the same scripts. And also anything on Telegram 99.9 percent of the time is a scammer. I will admit I do like fucking with them so I will bother this one

As others said, highly likely it's a scam. But I would not pay $80 to video. I would go to her and see for myself and chance that it's a bait and switch and then leave rather than paying for a video chat. I guarantee that if you say, no need and you trust her and ask for the address, the next text will be asking for a deposit. And there you go it's a scam.
