She goes by Penny. Most of the time she is homeless. She's perma-banned in most of the three star hotels on sandy. She's really fat, hunched over junkie now, but was fun about a year or two ago. I would stop in and drop a load down her throat and be gone in 15 min for super cheap. If she gets enough from the stroll along north sandy, she'll stay at the 3 star budget place for a few nights, then gets kicked out, and the cycle repeats.
