I'm been to Chinese agencies before which operated entirely out of hotels, and never again will I go. They don't provide clean towels nor are the bed sheets replaced.

BI just uses hotels as far as I know. Mostly in Waltham and a bit less frequently in Burlington / Woburn. I've been several times to Waltham & Woburn. Room have always been clean and was provided with clean towels.

Have never showered at a Chinese random agency hotel but agree that the rooms in general have not been very clean looking.
