Had my monthly check up with Dr. Wendy at Wellness Friday night. OMG, I had missed her exams while she was away. As always, her service was absolutely wonderful. My last few appointments had been with others and they were just OK. Nothing to write about. But, Dr. W examined my entire body and gave me a clean bill of health. The examination was so good, I asked if I could make a follow up appointment in 2 days. She obliged. The other thing I enjoyed is that I was not on a clock so I was able to take my time to get to the finish line of my appointment. I have had several appointments in other doctor's offices around town. Wellness is the BEST. Hands down.

I will throw you a bone and tell you that the AA County massage forum is kind of dead.

I noticed. The area is on life support. Last time I was there, the lady asked what kind of pressure I wanted for the massage portion and I said about average, not to hard and not too soft. When I got home my entire back was bruised.

First time this far north. Dreamt of Hana and got a 60+ provider. What's the typical age at Wilkens? Because I've been a few places where "younger" meant 40's. Different perspectives for everyone, just want to know what to expect. TIA. Happy to assist with anything south in VA.

I haven't been to Wilkens in over 2 months but the age ranges back then were all 30-40. There was one who was a bit younger, and I never came across anyone 50+.

Your usual best bet is to call in first and ask for pictures so you know what you're walking into. It never really been a miss for me even when Sako left.

Well had you paid her rate she wouldn't have had an attitude, would have taken her shirt off and let you touch her.

Someone spoiled her. No touching with good HE tipped $60 and she a touch of an attitude. $120 for HE and touching is off market rates as there isn't a lot to touch. Close to GPS IMHO for the service.

There's 3 wellness locations I'm aware of and in my experience, Wilkens is the most hit or miss of the 3. They blew up because they started off with sako but otherwise its hit or miss it seems, and age ranges heavily here, the other 2, one of which I have never went since the pictures never looked appealing, seems to be only 45+ and the other ranges, I've seen what I'd assume as mid / low 30's at the youngest but definitely some 50+.

Thanks. That's about what I experienced. They were all 45+. Still a good time and service matched reports here, but it sounds like sako was definitely the prize. Checked in on a few others in the area and saw some 60+ providers.

Has anyone been to best reflex on Joppa rd? I drive by it often. Not sure if it's a spot worth trying. Don't have the funds to TOFTT. If I'm going out, it's got to be a known winner.

Go a bit west to Gt Reflex on P Hill rd. Lily will push the envelope I'm a good way.
