In the context of this forum, it's all about her age. Whether she does have children or not isn't a consideration but you do run into kgirls with kid (s) on occasion. In the same vein, MILF doesn't automatically denote good or even average service. I'm of the opinion that MILFs tend to have (much) better service not as a competitive asset vs HYA but more as a fundamental tool in their arsenal for longevity. Many who are in it for the long haul understand that it's all about the repeat business. On the other hand, HYAs come and go like the wind and their goals are more aligned with earning as much as possible as fast as possible. In addition, the crowds for MILFs and HYA are pretty distinct but there is some ebb and flow there.

It's mostly just age related. Nothing to do with having kids. But in order for a MILF to stay in business, they need to have good service. So in time, most MILFs have to up their game in order to stay relevant. There are new HYA coming all the time, so they need to have good service "MILF service" in order to compete with the HYA with "HYA service" (bring your own service).

Everyone ranks their age differently but from a general perspective preMilf is 30-35 and MILF is 35+. Some people may disagree and say 40 tho. That's not to say they aren't attractive, as many are still hot. But I for one prefer youth.
