The county STD clinics are super cheap or free and don't require insurance. Their staff are very professional and help people all the time.

You can use callondoc to blanket treat / clear bacterial STDs "just in case". For example, if you are taking on a new partner / girlfriend and quitting the hobby. Some mild bacteria like NGUs will not show up on tests, even though they can lead to UTIs if you pass them on to your partner.
