Yes, the remodeled rooms are very nice, despite being somewhat spartan. These rooms with the soft neon lights, enormous wall mounted flat screen, and mirrors on the ceiling and over the head of the bed, are designed with this hobby in mind. As another member posted below, the refurbished rooms are basically new, with none of the old tobacco odor, and a huge walk-in shower with two large shower heads and a tile bench for sitting, with a glass wall visible from the bedroom. I loved it. I have not used the shower yet for more than bathing yet, I spent all my time in the bed with my young lady.

They still might not go there because of the area, and the way they look from the outside, but I've been in a few of the remodeled rooms at Velvet. They're nice, and the showers look like you could have a lot of fun in them.
