I am not sure if this is the rite threat to post but after lot of attempt to recover my SM profile password, I ended up creating a brand new account and starting from scratch again. I know it took me a while to get SM status. It is what it is but the implications of this new profile is that, no one will respond to my ask for UTR contacts even if I explain that I am a SM and gave my old profile name. What you guys recommend I should do to link my old profile to new profile if at all possible. Or what can do to assure when PMing you that I am a SM.
