We headed to a side bedroom, and she closed and locked the door, which I was fine with.

The bedroom was kind of dumpy but manageable. What really stood out was a webcam mounted on the wall, pointed directly at the bed; which was bizarre, especially since she'd already told me she doesn't do recordings when I asked.

For those not paying particularly close attention, the second link is from last month; the first link is from today, but they're still bandying about this bogus phone number for a girl "in Vegas" as well as one "in Cleveland".

Unfortunately for this brain donor, wherever they are pulling photos from is going to bite them. The Internet is a strange and wondrous thing, and it's awfully easy to track down real people at real places, such as that white door frame with the iron door stop on it in Post # 2. The real person in question has at least one other photo taken in front of that. I'm going to make a good-faith try to have a chat with her about it and see if it's one of her shitheel friends who has taken liberties with her and others. I've already saved enough photos that, if it turns out the real woman knows who's sharing these photos, she could probably sue him civilly, if not criminally. Stay tuned for more fun!

At that point, I unlocked the door to leave. The woman from the couch was suddenly right there and jumped back like I startled her; I don't know if she was listening in or what. I said excuse me and left.

I texted her to lose my number, contacted Cash App, and eventually got my refund. I was really only out some time and energy (and a case of blue balls), but honestly, I think I dodged a bullet.
