Seriously, don't post mis-information on here. Just admit you don't know. A genital infection does not "spread in your system". Syhpillis can spread after its in you for a while, eventually reaching the brain, but it is the urinary tract which gets infected first. Incubation periods vary from person to person and immune system to immune system. Another important factor is the initial amount of bacteria which invade. Some people can fight off a few bacteria, while others can tolerate a huge invasion. Also, many folks don't show symptoms of gonorrhea. Happy New Year everyone - Just a quick note for those of us who patronize the Hampden stroll - Shelly is back.
