Make an appointment guys. I saw a guy storm off because he was made to wait while a guy with an appointment walked right in and into a room. It allows the manager organize better. They can let you know if the time you want to go will be busy and they can suggest a different time or maybe go to Shanghai instead. Less chance for disappointment for you. Be on time though, they have appointments that cancel without warning, so they move on if you are late.
