TOFTT. This is a Vietnamese nail and massage shop near the Aldi's on Liberia Avenue. It looks legit but I decided to try it anyway, hoping it might be like TK Nails in Springfield where Tina gives a little extra. Turns out it is legit and the massage was meh.
