In general though I try to minimize my comments about specific services with any provider because as we all know this a total YMMV situation. I agree ophelia is great, but just like you the last time I tried to get together some weird things happened, so I haven't tried again since. We had an appointment just like normal but she wasn't at the location as expected and then I got some cryptic messages from a different phone # asking where I was. Welp she is big mad. She went from smarmy, short replies and silence to WALLS of text that SCREAM substance abuse. By the time I was finish the first reply, another WALL would appear.
