I really appreciate the clarification. I was under the mistaken impression that it was doxycycline in addition to standard HIV PEP.

I don't think so, my LULU is Brunette, in her late 20's, medium breasts, nice ass, shaved kitty. The vldeo is a blonde and not as good looking. But remember, I just saw her one time and most of our time together, I was looking at the back of her head. They also offer a prophylactic version called doxyprep down here in Baltimore. I'm sure they offer it there too. It is supposed to be taken I think within 48 hrs of potential exposure. For an infrequent flyer that could be an alternative. They said it greatly reduces likelihood of transmission of a number of unwanted consequences.

Yep you're right that's the PEP though really an emergency regiment and wouldn't recommend for anything but. PreP is the way to go if you have any raw / exposure plans or even the slightest inkling of being in a situation. Better to have 99% coverage (if done right) than the total anxiety fest of if the pep worked. At least in my opinion. Definitely wasn't a good feeling.

Talk to a clinic about Prep. Just do it. Look into enacapavir (Yeztugo) for 6 month coverage.

Usually can get on prep without any cost.

Places will even give you incentives (grocery gift card or something like that) to get on prep.

But I'm breakin it down of the diamonds in the rough. The young ones who look like they don't belong there. Can hold a conversation, no signs of addiction, appear clean and well dressed. I will readily admit that I'll miss the adrenaline of hitting the strolls. I'm not well-versed in the subject, but I actually believe it's an addiction of sorts. Kensington is a 2 Hour Dr. For me so if I weren't for my job I wouldn't be in the neighborhood. I do believe I'm not going to be fully retired just won't have as much access nevertheless I hope to keep up with all your exploits via this website. Happy hunting.

It's with a bit of nostalgia, I offer this report. I'm in Sales so often hit the strolls (Kensington, Camden, Trenton, Newark, and Paterson as my territory was North and south Jersey including Philadelphia) and I'm facing retirement so I won't be hitting Kensington much anymore.

But what a sendoff I got the other night. Rolling through Kensington just after five. I figured I'd have a limited amount of choices. I spied a unicorn walking in the street.
