I mentioned on Oct 15 that this place was too hot to handle, but that was just my take on the situation. Others on here knew the heat was on for real. We all owe them a huge debt. As for getting calls, get experienced counsel. You don't need to listen to a rando like me who is not even a senior member, but they are counting on you giving yourself up. Think about what they need to prove in court and work backwards from there. If they deport girls back to China then they are deporting their own witnesses against you.

Another reason to not call ahead, don't do appointments, don't give them a number, use a fake name and only pay by cash. The risk is never zero but you can minimize your profile.

A tip of the hat to everyone who made it known that the flower shop was being heavily scrutinized. You gentlemen are providing a public service. Hopefully no mongers were caught up in the raid. Anyone reading this board has known for awhile to avoid this location since the heat was definitely on.

There are very experienced mongers on this board that have received phone calls from confiscated phones by LEO. Addressed them by name and knew where they lived. So, yes it does happen. Will it happen here, I don't know. I know it happened this past summer to someone I know. I believe they just asked him why his phone number was "in this phone". They didn't press for anything else but it was freaky.

Posts: 487Wow. I'm hoping that no contact from LE by this point, almost a week after it was shut down, means there won't be contact from them.

I guess she was the one that channel 9 new said was arrested. I wasn't sure when I posted this yesterday.. I got to say that LEO has these raids down to a science. they stay out of sight , until your captured and interview by 3 leo. .. when everything is done the girls will be deported back to china

They are easy to spot though, not mounted in the woods. They are also solar powered, correct

Posts: 2210Flock cameras have 24 hour surveillance, day / night vision, constant power, license plate capture, more. https://www.flocksafety.com/ As do other systems.

Posts: 101I'm not a lawyer so you can disregard all of this if you like, I wouldn't blame you. But, it is not illegal to enter a massage parlor for a massage, even one that is purportedly providing services extra-judicially. Entering an establishment does not constitute proof that a person engaged in illegal activity. It is also not illegal to be naked in that establishment. This is an established norm in the industry. Nobody but the client and MT knows what happens behind a locked door. To establish illegality, the MT would have to be a witness in court against said client. What happens if they have already left the state? Could they really pick someone out of a lineup? Would they?

Anyone know the girl who was arrested if she was the owner or just one of the monthly girls? Like was she just unlucky enough to have just been there that day?
I saw the charges of promoting prostitution and money laundering, so it sounded more like the mamasan, but I saw the mugshot and she didn't look familiar to me, but I hadn't been in there for a couple of months.

The uhaul trucks most likely blocked alot of the views and potential of reading anything, second I am unaware of any camera system that can 24 hour surveillance with constant power. So that at I would call bs.

I looked at the comments section for the story on Channel 9's Facebook page. A commenter claimed they were recording and monitoring from both the hillside across the street and the back of the building to catch license plates of people parking in the back.

Still, it has me wondering. Any lawyers here, or anyone with enough legal knowledge to say whether LE might contact guys who were spotted entering the place?
