I don't know why I keep doling it (yes I do) because it's always the same. It's either one message response and ghost or a scam. This week was new, though. Found this adorable pot on SB, always wary of the young and cute ones, figure they're most likely to be some kind of scam. I find her socials and she's using her real name. Things line up with what she's been saying. Maybe she's not a scam and just flakey? We have decent texts which get pretty flirty and fun. Sometimes a little too much, spidey senses are confused. Small head thinks too much. We plan a meet and greet.

She has me pick her up (no car, naturally) so I scope out the area and it's low income apts, but fairly clean and a decent enough area. Let her know I'm there, she says she's too nervous. Eventually comes out and even gets in. We start heading to the coffee shop, per the original plan. Then she says "wait, my phone's dying, let me go get my charge cable" - she hops out and never returns 😅 Texts saying she's too nervous. I tell her it's fine and we can m&g another time. More flirty texts over the next few days, plan for a morning meeting. Everything is good right up to the part where I say I'm 5 minutes away. Crickets. I honestly can't tell if she was legit and nervous or trying to work a scam that never quite came together.

I didn't included extra spending on SB in my numbers since that's variable based on the person. Personally, I don't like wasting a lot of time on a UTR / SB so only take them out once or twice a month. But I'm always available to provide advice and mentorship as most UTR / SB need it.

It's been awhile since I used Seeking. When I had a membership I quickly got discussions off the website. Nowadays the amount and quality of active women on Seeking around this area is rather small. After excluding the pros and those one isn't interested in the pool is reduced to about 50-70 potential SB that have been active in the last 2 months. That's further reduced if one eliminates the career SB that have been on the site for years. Heck, even the amount and quality of pros on skipthegames around this area is rather dismal. That's why I mainly hunt for UTR in the wild, better quality without the competition. Though it's getting harder to find women for UTR arrangements.

From my experience in hunting for UTRs, about 67% of them are single moms. They're more receptive to such an arrangement and often willing to accept less or a more reasonable allowance / rate. The only problem with single moms is scheduling is more difficult because they have kids. Single women without kids aren't tied down so have more of a personal life. I prefer single women without kids. From my experience, UTRs that are 27+ are mostly reliable.

I don't overthink it with pricing. Around here 200-300 per meet gets it done. In Philly its 400-500. Everyone has their own budget, taste and level of risk tolerance. So what works for me may not for you and vice versa. I look for UTR's which are hard to find. No pro's. Is the line blurry? Of course. I am direct and up front on what I pay and what I am looking for. If they try to negotiate I wish them good luck. I am not looking to wine and dine them- which single moms could care less about anyway. I am not on Seeking anymore with that ridiculous verification process but whatever site you use get their contact info off the website as quick as possible. If they won't give it to you- huge red flag. You are wasting your time and its prolly a scam. If they are under 30 and single find their social media. If you can't that's another red flag. Also, for a first meet I only meet in public. This is just my risk preference. I don't like to walk into anything completely blind. There will always be a certain level of risk in this game but I try to mitigate as much as possible. Stay safe and happy hunting.

And of course, there are UTR / SB in high demand where they'll take the highest bidder so to speak. Given all of this, it seems worthwhile to ask a potential UTR / SB what they do for a living to determine how much they make so one can figure out a weekly rate they'll most likely accept. Anyway, thought others might find this interesting and perhaps useful.

That thread is also focused on LTR true "sugar relationships" and not just UTR girls playing at escorting. Oh, and others have found, as Nate pointed out recently the single moms tend to be better finds than the 20-something flaky college girls. Those women know what they are about, usually don't play games and appreciate a respite from being mommy.
