I guess why it'd be nice to know if this was the police is this looming issue (any AG actions) and also continuing with KA. I would assume they would be next shoe to drop if this was a police action.

Would a neighbor complaint and subsequent landlord eviction affect all units in buildings? Does anyone know if those two buildings share a common owner or management company? It'd be a lazy mistake if they had all 4 or 5 apartments leased by the same person.

To have sex is the basic human need. Can't wait for the day the decriminalize it.

Posts: 1023Yes, and I know my burner can be traced to me by authorities. However, as I understand it as I'm not a lawyer, for most any crime associated with this hobby text conversations are not enough to proceed with prosecution unless you are explicit in agreeing to pay for services.

If you've never said "I will pay you $X if you will why" you're probably fine but a zealous ADA can still cause you a lot of headache in the meantime. In the end, it's always best to be as vague as possible whenever discussing anything with a provider, even ones you've seen before.

Posts: 224I mean absent evidence it was a raid, I'm sticking with my theory. And the fire alarm story really is consistent with that.

So, we don't know if the law was involved in this? Does Bellevue publish police activity. If this was a raid, closing multiple apartment units in two buildings, would that be in the news? I would think if Johs were busted in a sting, that'd be newsworthy. I'm certainly hoping that client contact phone records are off-site, if not off- city, and would be nice if off- planet.

Posts: 199I was jackhammering Lovely when the apartment maintenance came in to do the fire alarm check. Apparently, the notice had been posted on her door, but she just ignored it because she couldn't read. The next day, she was evicted. They eventually opened back up in a different apartment. I think AP will be up again soon. These agencies got some resiliency. KA probably loves it though.

Posts: 23Warrants can be issued for both providers and hobbyists
If they get their book of business and the phones then warrants can be issued for hobbyists too.

We can just hope for the best and this is a good reason to use burner phones and never use your true I'd for verification.
I have heard of Hobbyists who were on Visa getting deported too.
Now in this case I did not see anything in the Bellevue PD crime stats.
No warrants were isssue in the area where AP does business.
So hoping it's nothing major.
But to answer your original question yes Providers in the past have been arrested and the operation was labeled as Human trafficking and not sure what happens after that. Maybe they get released and get Green Cards.

Posts: 1023Yeah, it amazes me how long they can operate in these locations. Apt managers have to know something is up with the somewhat constant series of dudes coming in and out for (presumably) an hour at a time. KA has been at that location for a long while.

Posts: 224I have no idea in this case, but will point out when they operate out of apartments there are sometimes issues where the building eventually has to throw them out. Maybe that happened in this case?
