I remembered that the guy mentioned that he did not pay her that and the incident was over peacefully. She might be too young and too new and not much experience at that time.

Later she probably became better at the blackmailing and got many guys credit cards and also got their SS numbers in her record book. She even arm robbed a guy in a rich neighborhood home and got her and a few others in trouble for that.

She probably had a baby at her 18 or 19 later. So she had some time off from the scamming.
