Well, I'm more familiar with a number of people and dancers at Henry's, so that makes it more comfortable. It's difficult for me to compare the two, because I haven't been at the Criket in so long, I don't know how their usual lineup is or how many they usually have working. There might have been a lot of dancers there, due to the Lions game. Maybe they were expecting a lot of guys to come in?

You'll certainly see a lot of black and latin girls at the Criket. The only thing that I can say that's significantly different are the back rooms. Henry's rooms are phone booth sized, with beat up and well used padded seats, whereas a Criket was a larger space that had a padded, couch style seat. I'd guess about twice the size of an ottoman and slightly deeper toward the back, is about the best way I can describe it. It was certainly far easier to maneuver on.

I will usually avoid those girls or she has to be super hot for me to take the chance.

As for girls who do a good job, I prefer to post that I had a session with so and so, and I enjoyed it, I intend to repeat, and suggest most other guys would enjoy her company also.

As for specifics I think those are best negotiated between the dancer and the monger and don't need to be posted on the board. Or they can be discussed in other non girl specific posts. Like I never pay more than $300, I usually am under $250 and often under $200.

When I first started mongering a wrote a review in 2012 on a girl named Luna. It was a good review as I had a great time with her, and she told me she didn't appreciate the review. However that didn't stop her from taking me to the VIP again. We discussed the review and I asked her what did she find objectionable? And she said I quoted the wrong price. I replied no I reported what I paid. She countered saying that she told me her price is $400, but because I am special and she really likes me, she only charged me $180, and I reported that I paid her $180. After this conversation I reported another review on Luna saying exactly this, that Luna informed me her normal price is $400, but because I am special I got a discount. Other mongers who want her attention have to pay more than I do. Luna and I did several more sessions all of which I enjoyed. She did eventually raise my price to $200, but for that I required her to let me cum on her face which is something she had refused until then. I'm sorry, I was not trying to be snarky. I'm saying I agree with you that reviews do more good overall than harm.

And, to take your questions seriously, no, the clubs won't be offering benefits, as their dancers are all independent contractors. But if we are assuming the club operators read the reviews, isn't it reasonable to assume they would not continue to hire the dancers that are bad for business? And encourage the better dancers to continue working there?

To clarify "change my reporting style " — I would resume posting reviews with less personally identifying detail, and offer details in PM, that's all.

My CSI hasn't changed at all and to my knowledge, the clubs aren't passing out report cards or doing quarterly reviews. As far as rewarding highly effective employees, have the clubs started giving out bonuses or profit sharing checks to the dancers? What's next? Health care, pensions and 401k plans?
