I've used Rugiet off and on for about a year. I've had quite good luck with them. Started out with their "regular" dose and it worked ok. But had an online chat with their doctor and he moved me up to their "max strength" and it is much more reliable. I still try to take it at least 15-20 minutes before I plan to get started but, for me, that's much better than how the previous 100 mg generic sildenafil tablet worked. A bit pricy but they do have some pretty regular discounts. I've also found that it will last longer than their stated "use by" date by keeping it in the freezer. No problems with it still dissolving under the tongue once it's back at room temp (which doesn't take long).

Why? On Amazon it's $0. 50 per 10 mg pill no insurance. Pay per prescription $30. Probably you need prime and control of the mailbox.

Although there's advantage if you really need 100 mg, or you can grind into powder and take one pill many times.

I tried the kind they used to sell on e-bay, it contained 100% real sildenafil so this might also. Amazon and e-bay still sell the arousal pills, some are real most are not. If they are real they will be removed from the listings sooner or later. I wish the FDA would spend a little more time inspecting American food instead of worrying about hard cock pills.

Not sure what the tryptophan is supposed to do. It isn't linked w / much in the sexual arena.
